Phone us
- Call the Birmingham Housing Repairs line on 0121 216 3330.
- The phoneline is open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Out-of-hours support is available in the evenings and at weekends for emergencies.
Report online
You can report issues through your BRUM account at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Sign in to your BRUM account
- Choose the option to report a repair or safety issue.
Speak to your housing officer
If you prefer, you can tell your housing officer about the issue.
They can help you raise the repair and guide you through the reporting process.
If you’re in temporary accommodation

If your housing is managed by an agent, contact them directly using the details they have provided.
What happens after you report a problem
Once we receive your report, we’ll make emergency arrangements to visit your home and assess the issue within 24 hours.
The sooner you report an issue, the sooner we can fix it, helping to protect your home and keep you safe.
