How to report a hazard
You can report category 1 and 2 hazards the same way you report a repair.

The phoneline is open 9:00am to 5:00pm, with out-of-hours support available evenings and weekends.
Report online through your BRUM account
You can report through the BRUM account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Speak to your housing officer
Your housing officer will be able to help you raise the issue, and guide you through the reporting process.
If you are in temporary accomodation

What happens after a report
As soon as we receive a report, we will make emergency arrangements to visit your home and diagnose the issue within 24 hours.
The sooner you report a hazard, the sooner we can fix it. It helps protect your home, your health, and your community.
