Fees and charges

Developers have to pay for s38 agreements.

Prior to technical approval, an application charge of £173 is required to check the application pack contains all the necessary documentation.

This fee includes one more corrected submission to be allowed before further application charges are made.

The minimum technical approval and inspection fee of £16,579* will always apply for schemes over £15,000 construction value.

Schemes below £15,000 will be priced on an individual basis.
