Once you have completed your application, you will need an appointment at Occupational Health to have your identity documents checked. Your application cannot be progressed if you do not have your identity documents checked.

To book and pay for your DBS ID check, complete our online form.
Fees
If your DBS application/renewal is due at the same time as your medical, you can arrange and pay for both at the same time. Your DBS ID check can be completed on the same date/time as your medical.
