What is included in the care services directory?
The Directory includes all such services in Birmingham, and other services outside the city that Birmingham City Council contracts with to provide care for Birmingham citizens.
- Care Homes (with or without nursing care)
- Home Support services (care in your own home)
- Supported Living services (accommodation with support)
All services providing personal social care must register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The Directory includes all such services in Birmingham, and other services outside the city that Birmingham City Council contracts with to provide care for Birmingham citizens.
