Birmingham City Council is the Data Controller for the scheme. Personal data is processed under:

• Article 6(1)(e) UK GDPR – task in the public interest
• Article 9(2)(g) – substantial public interest

Information may be collected by

• community support groups
• installation partners
  • MECC Trust,
  • Acocks Greener
  • Bahu Trust
  • Retrofit Balsall Heath
  • Next Energy

Data is shared only for delivering the scheme and will also be provided to the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero.
