- Ladies and gents toilets, and an accessible toilet with radar key access next to the crematorium
- The crematorium is fully wheelchair accessible and has a hearing loop
- Induction loop system and braille hymn books available in the chapel
- Cemetery section maps are available:
- in leaflet holders outside the office
- on noticeboards throughout the site
Additional information:
- Toilet facilities are unavailable at weekends and bank holidays
- The old funerary chapels are not open to the public

- Vehicle access to the cemetery is via the gates on Weoley Park Road, Weoley Avenue and Castle Road, with a speed limit of 5mph
The road network allows access to most sections except the garden of remembrance, but most roads are narrow.
When visiting:
- consider other cemetery visitors when parking and use the car park next to the crematorium where possible
- do not park on grave sections or grassed areas
- some roads are uneven due to tree roots and may be unsuitable for wheelchair users and pushchairs
- take care when walking along grave rows, as the ground may be uneven and grass can be slippery in wet weather
Public transport:
- The 46 and X21 Platinum bus routes stop on Weoley Avenue, a short walk from the Weoley Avenue and Weoley Park Road gates
