Accessing Benefits Online
To view your Housing Benefit or Council Tax Support claims online you must verify your details first.
To verify your details, you need to:
- sign in to your BRUM account
- scroll down and select "Make a benefits claim" from the benefits section
- select "Existing claims"
- select "view my claim summary"
You will be asked to verify your name, date of birth, national insurance number and postcode as shown on your council tax bill or housing benefit letter.
