How to book a repair and re-schedule an appointment

This service is only available for new non-emergency repairs.

To book a new repair or re-schedule an existing appointment online, you need to sign in to or create a BRUM account.

Once you have signed in, you will arrive at your account page. Scroll down until you see the 'Housing' section and select 'Other housing online services'.

Use an online form to report an issue with an existing repair or cancel a repair appointment (we need 24 hours notice).

Phone Birmingham Housing Repairs Line for council tenants on 0121 216 3330 (9am to 5pm and out of hours (evenings and weekends)) for the following:

  • emergency repairs
  • health and safety hazards
  • repairs to a communal area
  • equity share properties
  • properties managed by a Tenant Management Organisation (TMO)

If you live in temporary accommodation housing, phone 0121 216 3330. This number is available from 9am to 5pm, evenings, and weekends. If an agent takes care of your temporary housing for the council, use the contact details they gave you to book repairs.
