Aston, Bartley Green, Billesley, Bournville, Brandwood, Edgbaston, Harborne, Kings Norton, Ladywood, Longbridge, Lozells &East Handsworth, Nechells, Northfield, Quinton, Selly oak, Soho, Weoley.

We are improving how we collect rubbish and recycling across the city. If you live in one of the wards listed above you will be be affected by these changes. A new collection service will start in these wards on 6th February 2012.

This involves changes to the day and time on which your rubbish and recycling collections take place. Any customers within these areas wishing to check their new collection day can do so by going to the "My Local Information" page from Saturday 4th February 2012 and entering their postcode in the search box.Collection Times

Acocks Green, Bordesley Green, Hall Green, Hodge Hill, Moseley & Kings Heath, Shard End, South Yardley, Sparkbrook, Springfield, and Washwood Heath.

Collection Times

The new collection service includes extending the times that collection crews operate. Street collections will take place at any time between 6am and 3.30pm.

What Do I Need to Do?

Please continue to put your sacks and boxes at the edge of your property on the correct day of collection before 6am.

If you live in any of the wards listed above we will be sending you a postcard detailing the new collection day for your address.
