  • at least 2 hours before the time you want to attend the HRC
  • for vans up to 7 days in advance
  • for cars up to 6 days in advance

You can also book up to 2 visits at the same time. These can be on the same day or within the same week.

When you have 2 visits booked, you can book additional visits starting the day after your first visit. For example, if you book for Monday and Thursday, then you can book your next visit from Tuesday.
