Complaints
If you have an issue or request for service, contact the appropriate team to raise this first. You can do this by using the contact us forms.
After you submit a complaint, we will acknowledge and define it within 5 working days of receiving it. We will then investigate with the relevant service and respond to you within 15 working days of receiving your complaint.
Adult Social Care complaints have different timeframes.
If your complaint does not relate to a location, click on 'next' at the bottom of the map to continue with the form.
If your complaint relates to a location, tell us where it is by either clicking on the map or using the Find Location search. You can search by street name, area or postcode.
It is important to identify the location when raising complaints about certain services such as parks, roads, pavements and street lighting. This will help us to fully investigate the issues you raise.
