Focused on the life course theme of Living, Working and Learning Well, within the core theme of Mental Wellness and Balance.

Why

Ensuring that those who report reporting low resilience and poor mental health can access the arts and health projects in their local areas.

How

Explore an asset-based community development approach by strengthening the connections with key people in each constituency, particularly mapping the GP surgeries with active social prescribing link workers and GPs using social prescribing on a regular basis.

Key Deliverables

Developing a wrap-around model, working with GPs and link workers to influence referral recommendations alongside GPs and link workers towards a creative health approach.
