- involve you in working groups to help fix local community issues
- identify people in need and help them before their problems grow

- have customer service champions that work across the council
- create a team that links the top 50 services across the council so they work smoothly together
- share data securely across our top 10 service areas
- develop linked messaging for our top 20 related activities
- work efficiently with our partners and the community
What this means for you
You will:
- get help quickly without having to contact many different council services
- find information about activities of interest to you in your local area
- feel supported by the council
