Local Restrictions Support Grant (Closed) Addendum Version 2 42 Day Payment Cycle
This grant was available for trading businesses in the Retail, Hospitality and Leisure (RHL) sectors that were occupying properties on 5 January 2021.
The following types of businesses were eligible:
- Shops
- Showrooms
- Market stalls
- Hairdressers
- Beauty businesses
- Cafes
- Restaurants
- Cinemas
- Nightclubs
- Adult entertainment venues
- Museums
- Tourist attractions
- Sport facilities
- Gyms
- Casinos
- Public halls
- Hotels and Holiday Homes etc.
There were several exclusions from the Local Restrictions Support Grant (Closed) Addendum Version 2 which included:
- Take aways
- Insolvent businesses
- Businesses without a Business Rates liability
- Businesses in the RHL sectors that had not been mandated to close by the government.
There were three different payment amounts depending on the RV of the business property.
