Claim your bus pass
On receipt of your completed vendor form, we will arrange for the equivalent cost of a bus pas to you paid directly into your back account.
This will be within 10 working days, however during our busy period this may take up to 20 working days.
Please download and complete the vendor form and return to travelassist@birmingham.gov.uk
Purchasing a bus pass
You can purchase a bus pass online at the NX Bus website, or at your local TWM shop.
