How to join

Contact any leisure centre to book a tour of their facilities. Staff at the centre will go through the joining process with you and answer any questions you may have.

To join, visit your local centre and take:

  • your bank details, including account number, sort code and bank address
  • proof of address, such as a council tax or utility bill, benefits statement, driving licence or bank statement.

If you do not have proof of address because you live in a residential hostel or other communal accommodation, bring a letter on official headed paper confirming where you live, and signed by the manager of the hostel or accommodation.

You’ll be asked to pay an initial fee to cover the period until the first direct debit payment is due.
