Contact from enforcement agency or bailiff company
If an Enforcement Agency (baliff company) contacts you, it is too late to dispute the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).
What you can do
At this stage, you have 2 options:
- arrange payment with the Enforcement Agency
- apply to make an out-of-time witness statement
If you want to make a payment arrangement, contact the Enforcement Agency as soon as possible.
Enforcement agency fees
Enforcement agencies charge fees under the Taking Control of Goods Act 2013.
The fees depend on:
- the stage of the process
- the amount owed
Fee stage | Fixed Fee | Additional fee (if amount owed is over £1,500) |
---|---|---|
