Rough sleepers outreach team
Birmingham's rough sleepers outreach team helps people who are sleeping rough or begging. The team works with them to access support and accommodation.
The team's approach is based on 3 principles:

How the team helps
The team:
- shares information to help people get the support they need
- works with local services to coordinate support
- helps people access services that meet their needs
- promotes Change into Action as an alternative to giving money to people who are begging

The Health Xchange
The Health Xchange provides primary care services for people experiencing homelessness in Birmingham.
The service is provided by Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust.

Change Grow Live
Change Grow Live is a free and confidential drug and alcohol service for adults in Birmingham.
