Homelessness services in Birmingham are available 24/7 over the telephone.

Speak to a housing adviser

You can call us on 0121 303 7410. Select option 3.

Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

If you and your partner (if you have one) are under the age of 25 and have no children, you will need to attend St Basils Youth Hub instead. You can call them on 0300 303 0099.

Outside office hours

If you are aged 18 or older, and you need support outside office hours or over the weekend, call us on 0121 303 2296.

If you are under the age of 18, call us on 0121 675 4806.

If you are not homeless today, request a housing needs assessment.

You can also call us on 0121 303 7410, and select option 3, to book a telephone appointment.
