Homelessness services in Birmingham are available 24/7 over the telephone.
Speak to a housing adviser
To speak to a housing adviser, phone 0121 303 7410. Select option 3.
This phone line is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
If you and your partner (if you have one) are aged 24 or under and have no children, you will need to go to St Basils Youth Hub instead. Phone them on 0300 303 0099.
Outside office hours
If you need support outside office hours or at the weekend and are:
- aged 18 or over, phone 0121 303 2296
- aged 17 or under, phone 0121 675 4806

If you are not homeless today, you can apply for help if you are at risk of homelessness.
