Horbury Group

"Horbury Group have worked on a number of projects where they have been asked to employ local people.

We work collaboratively with Carillion and the Council's Employment Access Team to strategically plan the labour force recruited from the Councils target areas and hard to reach groups. This is a mutually beneficial process and as a result we have gained some quality workers and apprentices that we might not otherwise have considered.

Going forward we are already planning to use the Employment Access Team to support further work we secure in the Birmingham area when we need to recruit" Director, Horbury Group
