Linden Road Instruction Pool offers a range of swimming sessions in addition to Strokes for life swimming courses.
Swimming sessions
Adult beginners
- Age: 16 years and over
- Instructor led
- Follows the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework
Adult and child
- Age: Children under 4 years old with a parent/guardian aged 16 years or over
- Instructor led
- These sessions are aimed at giving your child their first experience of the water
Adult 50+ general swimming
- Age: 50 years and over
- Open session
- Exclusive use of the pool for a more sedate swim
