Group fitness classes

Leisure booking system maintenance

Our leisure booking system has been replaced. We cannot take online bookings until further notice.

To book in advance, phone or visit the centre.


For your safety and wellbeing:

  • wash/sanitise your hands as you arrive
  • clean equipment with the sanitising wipes/sprays before and after use

All classes must be attended on time. Entry may be refused once a class has started.

Note that the dynamic hatha yoga class is not suitable during pregnancy. This is due to the numerous deep backbends, deep twists and inversions along with elevating core body temperature.
