Your business rates could change if you:

• move properties
• make changes to your property
• change the type of business you run
• your property is affected by local disruption

Report any changes to the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) to make sure you’re paying the right amount of business rates. This is to make sure you don’t get a backdated increase in your bill.
