About the survey
The pulse survey is a shorter version of the all-staff survey and allows you to tell us how things are progressing across the council.
It is a quick and easy way to share your views and help us make improvements.
The survey:
- opens on Wednesday 11 June 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on Thursday 26 June 2025
- is anonymous - Find out how we will use your answers and keep them anonymous
- will take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete

Why the survey matters
This is your chance to let the council leadership know how you feel about the changes we are making.
We are developing action plans at directorate level to improve the workplace experience, and your feedback will guide the next steps.
Who can take part
We want to hear from all colleagues, whether you are:
- a permanent member of staff
- on a fixed-term contract
- an interim, a consultant or an agency worker
