If the Occupational Therapist recommends support, we’ll contact you to explain what help is available and guide you through the next steps.

To request an assessment, please call us on 0121 303 1234.

If you’re eligible for a grant, we can support you throughout the process. This includes:

• helping you complete the application forms
• assisting with the design and planning of the adaptations
• organising and arranging payment for the work

If you own your own home and would prefer to use your own contractor and apply directly for the grant, you’ll still need to be assessed by an occupational therapist before you can apply.
