Selly Park conservation area proposed boundary changes

A new draft Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan (CAAMP) has been drafted along with a new Article 4 Direction which seeks to respond to current planning policy and legislation.

The document considers amendments to the existing boundary to include some properties on Upland Road, Bournbrook Road, Kensington Road and The Stables, along with other minor changes.

Public consultation on the draft CAAMP, new Article 4 Direction and proposed boundary amendments will run from Monday 9 August 2021 until Friday 1 October 2021.

A drop in public event will be held at The Cranmer Room, St. Stephen’s Church, Selly Park on Tuesday 7 September 2021 from 7pm to 9pm.

Those people directly affected by these proposals will be invited to attend by letter.

The following documents are relevant to Selly Park Conservation Area Public Consultation.
