St Agnes, Moseley Conservation Area proposed boundary changes
A new draft Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan (CAAMP) has been drafted along with a new Article 4 Direction which seeks to respond to current planning policy and legislation. The document considers amendments to the existing boundary to include some properties on Grove Avenue and other minor changes.
Public consultation on the draft CAAMP, new Article 4 Direction and proposed boundary amendments will run from Monday 12 April 2021 until Friday 4 June 2021.
A virtual public meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 12 May from 7:30pm to 9pm.

Those people directly affected by these proposals will be invited to attend by letter.

For the avoidance of doubt sections in red indicate dates yet undetermined and new properties to be included (Grove Avenue) as well as the existing.
The final direction and maps cannot be provided until the direction is confirmed but the ‘Proposed Boundary Amendment Map’ below serves this purpose during consultation.
