Review Application Form for Introductory Tenancies

A Notice of Proceedings for Possession of your property has now been served and the Rent Service will now be asking the County Court to grant Possession of the property to the Local Authority.

You have the right to request a review of the decision to evict you and a request must be received within 14 days of the date this notice was served.

You will have the opportunity to offer a breakdown of your current income and expenditure in support of your application - we recommend you download the income and expenditure form and work that out before completing the online form.

If you are filling in this form on behalf of somebody else you will also need to upload a copy of a signed consent form as part of the process.
