- There are no toilet facilities on site
- There is no office on site. The cemetery is managed from Sutton New Hall Cemetery
- Access

- Vehicle access to the cemetery is via the Icknield Street and Key Hill gates, with a speed limit of 5mph
The road network allows access to most sections, but roads are narrow and some restrictions are in place near the catacombs due to weight limits.
When visiting:
- consider other cemetery visitors when parking and use the parking bays by the Key Hill gate where space is available
- do not park on grave sections or grassed areas
- bollards are in place near the catacombs and restrict access for some vehicles
- paths were resurfaced in 2021 to improve access for wheelchair users and pushchairs, but leaves or fallen branches may still be present
- take care when walking along grave rows, as the ground may be uneven and vegetation may cover kerbs or other trip hazards
Public transport:
- The 8 and 101 bus routes stop at Chamberlain Clock, around a 15-minute walk from the cemetery
- Jewellery Quarter station for trains and trams is around a 10-minute walk away
