Missed bin collections - 29 December 2017 update
The following is a statement on recent missed bin collections in parts of Birmingham in recent weeks:
A Birmingham City Council spokesperson said: "Challenging circumstances since earlier this month, including the recent adverse weather conditions, have led to missed collections in some areas of the city.
"We apologise for the inconvenience and crews are currently working to catch up. People should continue to leave bins and bags out for collection and we will get to them as soon as possible.
"We would also ask people to continue to report missed collections after 3.30pm on the day they were due."
