Eating well
When we eat well it:
- boosts our energy and mood
- helps our digestion
- helps us maintain a healthy weight
- supports our immune system
This is important all through the year, but is especially important during winter.
Help to eat well
- Try out a new recipe with loved ones to connect and help build skills and confidence in the kitchen. Find healthy recipes on the Samsung Communities page.
- Choose seasonal and frozen fruit, vegetables, beans, and pulses for your 5 a day. They are often cheaper.
- If you are short of time, a few hours of batch cooking can help with quick and healthy meals on busy days.
- Include something healthy in every meal.
- Swap snacks. For example, swap crisps for vegetables and houmous, or a handful of nuts.
