We are working with Transport for West Midlands to improve public transport across the city, making it quicker, easier, and more reliable.
The cross-city bus project aims to reduce the need to change buses in Birmingham city centre with the introduction of new bus lanes, bus priority at junctions and improvements to stops. These changes will benefit almost 50 million passengers per year.
