Resident and Community Charter survey

We are running an online survey for Ladywood residents to help us develop the Resident and Community Charter.

The Resident and Community Charter will set out the council's offer and commitments to residents within the Ladywood Estate Regeneration Scheme area to ensure the community is treated fairly.

This document will:

  • set out how we will consult with residents, businesses and all key stakeholders on the regeneration of Ladywood
  • identify the most important issues for residents, their ideas, and aspirations for the future of Ladywood
  • outline the main opportunities arising from the regeneration project and the concerns of residents
  • ensure we fully understand how you want to be involved and communicated with

A series of 12 workshops were held in October and November 2023. The feedback from these workshops was used to create the survey.

To ensure everyone had a chance to make their voices heard, an online survey was run early in 2024. This gave people who were not able to attend the workshops the chance to have their say.

The feedback from both the workshops will form the basis for the first draft of the charter.

However, we are keen to engage with you and get your thoughts to develop this further. We want to make sure we have it right and it represents the priorities of the Ladywood community.

For this reason, residents will have another opportunity to influence the charter in workshops that are planned in the next few months.

We will let you know when and where these additional workshops will be very soon.
