Our online forms and systems

Some of our forms and systems will be offline between 7:00pm on Tuesday 23 April and 7:00am on Wednesday 24 April. Forms or payments submitted or made by phone after 8:30pm may not be received. To find out more about the section 114 notice, visit our section 114 page

Request a performance set

All requests must be submitted on a completed booking form (one form for each work). We will check availability and email you back, either to confirm your booking or to let you know that the set is not available. 

We are not able to give an immediate answer as to whether a set is available at a given time, but if your need is urgent we will do our best to fast track your request.
