Kerslake Review and response

In 2014, the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government and the Leader of the City Council asked Sir Bob Kerslake to carry out an independent review of the governance and organisational capabilities of Birmingham City Council. This review commenced formally in October.

The report of the review was published in December 2014.
