Markets customer centre

The markets customer centre is located in Edgbaston Street, next door to the Rag Market. Visit the centre for information on:

  • the markets
  • lost children
  • lost property
  • public transport
  • Trading Standards
  • access to the markets and facilities for people with disabilities

You can also drop in to give us your feedback on the markets or to report any problems.

All staff are first aid trained.

Opening hours

We are open Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. 

If the office is unattended, please call us on 0121 303 0208 to request an officer.
