Take part in the survey

Colleague Survey 2025 logo. Fuchsia and white horizontal bands with white font. There is black BCC branding in the top left-hand corner, and reset, reshape, restart branding to the bottom right of the logo.

We want to make it easy for everyone to take part in the survey.

The survey should take around 20 to 30 minutes and your line manager should give you time to complete it during your working hours.

There are a number of ways to have your say and share your feedback:

Our online survey

This is the easiest way to share your feedback.

Complete our online survey on Be Heard

The survey closes at 11:59pm on Friday 28 November 2025.

We will be sharing posters and flyers at council locations, including those used by frontline colleagues, with a QR code that you can use to complete the survey on your phone or tablet.

By phone

If you want to share your feedback anonymously by phone, you can speak to a colleague from our Contact Centre.

Phone: 0121 216 1002 – Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

On paper

If you want to share your feedback on paper, or need an accessible version of the survey, email us: ColleagueEngagementSurvey@birmingham.gov.uk.

In-person

Our engagement and wellbeing team will be visiting frontline colleagues at their workplaces. They will bring laptops to help you complete the survey.
