Coronavirus - COVID-19 Suspension of Direct Debit Memberships
We don’t expect you to pay your membership fees while our facilities are reduced, so we’ve frozen your membership and we won’t be collecting your monthly direct debit until further notice. There’s no need to cancel your direct debit, we’ll do everything for you to keep your membership frozen with no money at all being taken.
Our 8-day advanced leisure booking membership has been suspended. We are offering a 2-day advanced booking facility (online and phone) for classes and gym activities which have resumed. Direct debit customers can continue to access the BeActive program for free; however the offer to attend paid-for classes for free has now ceased. Normal fees and charges apply.
We have re-opened our Monthly Fitness Membership which provides unlimited access to gym and fitness classes for £17.99 per month.
