Please note our office opening hours over this year's Christmas period.
Our Christmas opening hours are:
| Monday 23 | 9am to 4pm |
| Tuesday 24 (Christmas eve) | 9am to 2pm |
| Wednesday 25 (Christmas day) | closed |
| Thursday 26 (Boxing day) | closed |
| Friday 27 | closed |
| Monday 30 | 9am to 4pm |
| Tuesday 31 (New Year's eve) | 9am to 2pm |
| Wednesday 1 (New Year's day) | closed |
| Thursday 2 | 9am to 4pm |
| Friday 3 | 9am to 3:30pm |
If you have to report an accident when the office is closed, you must email licensing@birmingham.gov.uk including the details of the accident and photographs of the front, rear and each side of your vehicle as well as any other photographs required to clearly indicate the damage. You will be contacted by an officer as soon as possible to discuss the report.
