Notice of Office Closure over the Christmas Period

Please note the Licensing Office will close between Christmas and New Year.

The office will close at 1.30pm on Friday 24th December 2021 and will reopen at 9.00am on Tuesday 4th January 2022.

If you have to collect plates and/or badges etc. you must do so before or after these dates.

Emails will still be monitored during this period, but on a limited basis.

Any accidents, convictions, etc. must still be reported during this period (including the details of the accident and photographs of the front, rear and each side of your vehicle as well as any other photographs required to clearly indicate the damage) via our email address licensing@birmingham.gov.uk which will continue to be monitored. You will be contacted by an officer as soon as possible to discuss the report.

Licensing Act 2003 applications and notices will continue to be processed within the statutory timeframes.
