Get Ready for Online Applications!

Within the next few weeks licensing applications will be going online. What does that mean for you and your licence application?

When the new online Licensing Portal goes live you will be able to submit your application directly, filling in the application form online and attaching your supporting documents as you go along. No more printing off applications and submitting them by email. You will also be able to use the Licensing Portal to update your information and to contact the Licensing Service.

In order to access the Licensing Portal, you will need to sign up for your own personal BRUM Account. If you already have a BRUM Account, then you should use that one. You will not be able to apply, contact the Licensing Service or access your information using someone else's BRUM Account.

To sign up for a new BRUM Account please follow the link here: https://www.birmingham.gov.uk/myaccountpage

Don't worry, until the portal goes live, you can continue to submit applications by email and any already submitted will be processed as normal.

When we do go live, the exisiting email application forms will be replaced by links to the new online forms, available via the portal.

You can keep up with progress by checking the blog for updates.
