Planning Obligations: useful documents and advice for developers
You can view a number of documents to inform and guide you through the Section 106 (S106) process.
There are 2 specific supplementary planning documents outlining the contributions required for all new residential developments:
- Public Open Space Supplementary Planning Guidance
- Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Guidance
