Safe, well, and warm
Keeping warm helps prevent winter illnesses like flu, so that you can enjoy time with your loved ones over the festive season.
Make sure you:
- eat at least 1 hot meal every day
- heat the main rooms to 18 to 21 degrees Celsius when you are at home, to stay warm and prevent mould
