Dementia Action Week takes place from 19 to 25 May. This year the focus remains on raising awareness of dementia including:

Dementia is not a natural part of ageing. If you are worried about your memory, speak to your GP. A diagnosis can help you get the right treatment and support, whether you have dementia or not.

Age Concern Birmingham: Keep Connections Going

These in-person sessions are aimed at improving digital inclusion. You can learn how to use apps such as Facetime, Whatsapp video call, Zoom, and Teams to help you continue relationships with family and friends.
