End of life care
Dementia is a life-limiting condition and life expectancy for someone living with dementia is normally lower.
If you are living with dementia, you will need to make choices about your future care, especially when you near your end of life.
This should have already been discussed and agreed as part of your advanced care plan.
Alzheimer’s Society offers advice on making decisions about end of life care.
