View or request rent statement

If your account is in debt you will receive a paper statement, every quarter. Statements will also be included in the first action letter or if you are served with a notice.

It is important that you check your account at least once every 13 weeks to make sure your account is up to date.

Credits on the account

It is important that you do not allow more than a month worth of credit to accumulate on the account as any refund requests will take up to 4 weeks to process.
