Pay rent by Direct Debit
Please note that you can only set up a Direct Debit against your current rent account.
You should contact the Rent Service on 0121 675 2006 if:
- You already pay your rent by Direct Debit and wish to change the date that you pay on
- Your account is in arrears and you need to agree an arrangement to clear your outstanding balance
- You are setting up a Direct Debit and your bank account requires joint signatures, or the Direct Debit is being set up from someone else’s bank account, you will need to provide us authorisation over the phone or alternatively, complete our online Direct Debit mandate form.
You wish to set up regular payments against any of the following accounts:
- Former Tenancy
- Court Costs
- Garage Quarterly
- Gas Charges
- Rechargeable Repairs
- TV Licences
- Water charges
