Starting well - maternity, children and young people

Birmingham has a younger population compared to the rest of the country and a higher than average birth rate. We want children in Birmingham to have the best start in life and the opportunities to grow, live and thrive in the city. The research and analysis in this section is provided to help the local organisations services improve outcomes for children and young people in the city.
