Get help to stop smoking

Giving up smoking is one of the best things you can do to improve your health - and the health of the people around you.

Evidence shows you are three times more likely to successfully quit with specialist support than by trying just on your own.

Support is available

We offer 12 weeks of support and advice to help you stop smoking. You will get information on how to deal with triggers, habits and stress.

We will help you choose the right products to help you quit and provide access to treatments such as nicotine replacement therapy or electronic cigarettes.

The service is free and open to anyone who lives, works, or is registered with a GP in Birmingham.

If you do not pay for prescriptions, your treatment is free.

If you do pay for prescriptions, you will only be charged a single prescription fee for the whole 12 weeks.
